Christmas Cakes

A traditional Christmas cake made from all the best ingredients. This cake weighs 3kg (six and a half pounds)

Packed full of fruit and steeped for months in Rum or Brandy (to your choice) These cakes need to be made months in advance and pre-ordering is essential. No orders taken later than 1st November, which is pushing it a bit.

The cake is turned weekly and a small amount of your tipple added to keep it moist, its then given a layer of our own recipe marzipan and two weeks later the icing.

We made over 100 of these for Christmas 2004 and had many disappointed customers who ordered too late.

Make sure and order now - a deposit is required.
