Christmas cake 20cm round or 18cm square, approx weight 2kg Iced and decorated.

This cake takes weeks to mature and must be ordered before the beginning of November. Delivery in the week before Christmas. Early orders are encouraged to prevent disappointment.

This is a very fruit full cake laced with rum and brandy, cherries, mixed peel, spices, using only butter and the purest sugars. It is so full it takes over 3 hours to bake.
